Shipping policy

Orders are handcrafted and packed with care in Nashville, Tennessee.

Order Processing

We strive to prepare and ship orders within 3–5 business days. During launches, sales, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order size, destination, and selected shipping method.

Orders of $75 or more shipping within the continental United States qualify for free standard shipping, applied automatically at checkout.

Orders under $75 are charged the shipping rate displayed at checkout and typically ship via USPS Ground Advantage or another comparable service.

Estimated Delivery

Once your order has shipped, most U.S. orders are delivered within approximately 2–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information at the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the tracking information after your shipping label is created.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us at info@minxmagic.com as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the carrier.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier. If tracking shows an unusual delay or you believe your package may be lost, contact us at info@minxmagic.com and we will help you determine the appropriate next steps.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
