Because our nail polishes and nail-care products are personal-use cosmetic items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, color preference, or products that have been opened or used.

We do, however, want to make things right if there is a problem with your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@minxmagic.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item and its packaging

Once we review the information, we will determine the appropriate resolution. When applicable, we will replace the affected item at no additional cost.

Handmade Product Variations

Minx Magic products are handcrafted in small batches. Slight variations in color, shimmer, pigment distribution, or appearance may occur between batches and are a normal part of handmade production. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions, skin tone, number of coats, magnetic technique, and individual device or screen settings.

Order Errors or Concerns

If you believe there has been an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@minxmagic.com so we can review it.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds for change of mind or personal preference.

If Minx Magic determines that a refund is appropriate because of an order error or another qualifying issue, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
